Connector Enables “Plug and Play” Operability for Indoor Led Luminaires
AMPHENOL ICC’s FLM series products are compliant with the Zhaga Book 20 standard. Zhaga Book 20 defines a separable mating interface for sensors in intelligent building networks and complies with DALI-2. The connector enables “plug and play” operability for indoor LED luminaires and sensors or communication modules.
The use of LED lighting products and systems is growing substantially in both new and existing applications. From ambient home lighting controllable from a smartphone to intelligent lighting modules that serve as radio modems inside a shopping mall, LED lights are smart, energy-efficient, cost-effective and long-lasting. AMPHENOL ICC offers LED lighting solutions for interiors that are compliant to Zhaga standards, Power over Ethernet (PoE) capable and support Bluetooth and Zigbee connectivity.
DALI Interface Connectors for Indoor Luminaires
AMPHENOL ICC’s standardized Zhaga Book 20 FLM series connectors allow modules to connect to the LED driver and control system. The modules can be easily field serviced and replaced when necessary. The FLM series connectors are available in Wire–to-Wire and Wire-to-Board configurations.
The 2-pin contact connectors (LEX-MR) are available as right angle or vertical PCB mount with SMT tails, or as wire termination housings for use with crimp contacts. The socket contact connectors (LEX-LP) are available for use with wire crimp contacts or with integrated contacts with poke-in wire termination.
