Flush-Mounted Power Supply Reduces Time-To-Market
High-Voltage-Resistant 400V Cer-V Inductor
CODICO has developed a flush-mounted power supply to help you reduce the market introduction time. Thanks to SAGAMI's high-voltage-resistant 400V CER-V inductor, it can achieve the necessary reliability in the non-isolated power supply with the HV buck converter, which cannot be fulfilled by standard inductors.
We can now offer an evaluation board for the field of home automation. The figure shows the 3D section of the flush-mounted power supply.
The frame parameters of the power supply are as follows:
- Form factor flush-mounted power supply unit
- Compliance with creepage distances in accordance with the IEC 61000-1-2 standard
- Additional board for a customer-specific microcontroller to take over the regulation
- 16A relay to realise flexible shutter control
- Current monitoring by ISABELLENHÜTTE shunts to enable a safety function
- High voltage inductance on the output side of the buck converter
- External switch detection (perfect for integration into existing installations)
