C410 SOM and C610 SOM

THUNDERCOMM is introducing the C410 SOM and C610 SOM, two module solutions based on the QCS410 and QCS610 Snapdragon processors that are optimized for smart camera, video conferencing and surveillance applications.

In addition to a multi-core architecture (4 or 8 CPUs), both solutions feature an Adreno GPU and a Dual Hexagon Vector eXtensions DSP with a memory capacity of 1GB LPDDR4x + 4GB eMMC and 2GB LPDDR4x + 16GB eMMC respectively. The smaller brother C410 SOM can process videos with a quality of 1080p@90, 10-bit decode and 1080p@90 8-bit encode. The C610 SOM supports 4K@30 10-bit decode and 4K@30 8-bit encode. Both modules also offer Bluetooth 5.0 and WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, run with Linux and Android, and are offered in a very small 3.8cm x 3.8cm LGA package.
