Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Your Application
Our vacancies are updated on a daily basis. Once a position becomes vacant, it will be immediately advertised on our website. Therefore, we recommend that you pay regular visits to our job vacancies.
Your application documents provide us with a first impression of you as an individual, of your expectations, skills, and experience. Complete, informative application documents make a professional impression and allow us to make the right choice.
Therefore, the application should include a motivation letter, your resume, and various other attachments (e.g. school leaving certificates, university degrees, employment certificates). In case not all documents are readily available (e.g. a diploma or an employment certificate from your last employer), please let us know that you will provide these at a later stage.
After you applied for a vacancy by e-mail or using our application form, the responsible staff at CODICO will review your documents.
If your qualifications match our requirement profile, we will invite you for a personal interview, during which we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and to answer each other's questions. Depending on the vacant position, several interviews may follow.
After completion of all personal interviews, we will choose a candidate. After that, we will immediately notify you of the further course of action.
It is of particular importance to us that all applicants receive feedback on their application in a timely manner. We kindly ask for your understanding in case there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
You will be contacted by telephone or by e-mail. Please make sure to provide your contact details in your application, such as mobile telephone number and e-mail address, so that we can easily reach you.
You will receive the corresponding information in time before your interview. Most application interviews take place at our headquarters in Perchtoldsdorf.
How to get there:
- Arrival by car: Please access the premises through the Mühlgasse. There is sufficient parking space for visitors in front of the CODICO building.
- Arrival by train: Take the S-Bahn in the direction of Wiener Neustadt until the Perchtoldsdorf station. Our headquarters are just a few minutes’ walk away from the station.
We are always interested in motivated people, and we will be glad to receive your general application. Please make sure to mention the area you would like to work in.
As soon as an apprenticeship position is vacant, it will be posted on our website, and you are welcome to apply. For more details, go to Apprenticeship at CODICO.
