The high-performance relay requires a footprint of just 863mm², combining high current-carrying capacity with an extremely compact design. Its bistable magnetic system also reduces energy consumption, as power is only required to switch the relay.

Energy Efficient with a Bistable Magnetic System

As rated currents increase in New Energy and industrial applications, efficient power management is becoming increasingly important. The SY508 addresses both requirements with a bistable magnetic system: energy is only required to switch the relay. Once switched, the relay maintains its position without continuous coil power.

For Which Applications is the SANYOU SY508 High-Current Relay Suitable?

The SANYOU SY508 enables direct switching of up to 150A on the PCB, combining high current-carrying capacity with a compact design and low energy consumption in the switched state. The SY508 series is suitable for both AC and DC voltages and is available in NO and NC versions. An optional auxiliary contact also enables reliable position monitoring. Typical applications are New Energy applications, Industrial applications and Smart meters.
