New TOREX XC9145 Step Up DC/DC Converter
The Lowest Quiescent Boost DC/DC Solution
TOREX newest boost DC/DC converter is, at only 400nA, their lowest quiescent current boost DC/DC solution. The XC9145’s input voltage range is specified from 0.65V to 5.5V, with a minimum voltage of 1.6V required for start-up.
When stepping up from 1.8V to 3.3V the XC9145 can support up to 300mA output current. This is more than the previous DC/DC boost generation (XC9140). The efficiency at VIN=2.4V, VOUT=3.3V, IOUT=10μA reaches 89.9%, which works well with most standard MCUs and SoCs.
