PPAC Terminal Blocks: Transmission Through Panel Walls
Reliable Power and Signal Transmission
Panel feed-through terminal blocks are indispensable components wherever electrical energy, signals, or data need to be safely routed through cabinet and device walls. They ensure a permanently reliable connection, reduce installation effort, and facilitate clear wiring. Due to various sizes, the modern panel feed-through terminal blocks of the PPAC series by DINKLE with traditional screw connection are suitable for numerous conductor cross-sections and enable fast, safe, and maintenance-free installation.
Flexible Designs to Meet Individual Needs
Depending on the version, they can transmit high currents of up to 230A/UL and 232A/IEC and voltages of up to 600V/UL and 1000V/IEC, meeting the requirements of industrial installations, machine building, electrical engineering, and building automation. In addition to their electrical performance capabilities, the terminal blocks are characterized by their simple installation. Many systems can be installed without tools in wall panels and can be mechanically secured if necessary. The precise latching mechanism ensures a secure fit for panel thicknesses of 1mm to 6mm.
The outer and inner sides of the panel feed-through terminal blocks can be configured differently, offering maximum flexibility for various installation requirements. For applications with higher pole numbers, versions with attachment clips are available, allowing easy cascading of multiple connectors. Furthermore, custom labeling using plastic labels as well as special executions in different colors – e.g., green-yellow variants for earthing applications – are available upon request. The PPAC series is particularly well suited for telecommunications and power distribution applications. The product range also supports manufacturers of electrical equipment such as filters, transformers, rectifiers, transformers, power supplies, and industrial batteries.
