RUBYCON’s new EXW and THC series are high performance electrolytic capacitors with a long lifetime.

High Performance Series EXW and THC

RUBYCON’s new series are high performance electrolytic capacitors with a long lifetime and can be used with an input voltage of 400-500V in ambient temperatures up to 125°C. Decisive for this are various material improvements in the sealing rubber, the electrolyte liquid and the use of more stable foils. Temperatures of max. 105°C quadruple the lifetime (Arrhenius law). As with other RUBYCON products, the capacitors can be adapted to customer needs.

Typical Applications:

  • Automotive industry: e.g. On-board charger
  • Small cells for 5G
  • Power supplies, especially fanless
