The single-row CIEG Wire-to-Wire series from CVILUX has been specifically designed for applications requiring compact dimensions, reliable contact performance, and stable signal transmission. With a 2.00mm pitch and configurations ranging from 2 to 10 pins, the series provides a flexible solution for signal and power transmission up to 3A. Thanks to its space-saving design, it is particularly well suited for modern electronic assemblies where miniaturization and operational reliability are key requirements.

Custom Cable Assemblies Tailored to Your Requirements
In addition to the connectors themselves, CVILUX also offers customized cable assembly services. Depending on the specification, wires from 24 to 28 AWG can be processed, including UL1007 cables in AWG 24, 26, or 28. Cable length, wire color, and pin assignment can be individually configured to meet the mechanical and electrical requirements of each application.
Samples Available for Development and Evaluation
Selected variants of the CIEG series are available through the CODICO Sample Shop. Currently, 2-pin and 4-pin versions can be ordered for initial testing, prototyping, and evaluation purposes.

The 2.00 mm pitch of the CIEG series enables a high pin density, allowing both signal lines and currents of up to 3A to be routed within a very compact footprint without increasing overall board width. This tight contact spacing supports space-efficient PCB routing while maintaining the required electrical separation. The specially designed contacts and compact housing geometry ensure low contact resistance and reduced heat generation. This results in reliable signal and power transmission performance even under load, while maintaining a minimal space requirement.
