IV3B20023BA2 - Optimized for MPPT Applications
The IV3B20023BA2 from INVENTCHIP Technology (IVCT) is a SiC power module specifically developed for MPPT applications (Maximum Power Point Tracking) in photovoltaic systems. In a standardized Easy-3B package, it combines a blocking voltage of 2000V and a rated current of 40A. The module integrates four SiC MOSFETs with a low on-resistance of 23mΩ as well as four 40A diodes and is particularly suitable for use in 4-phase boost stages of modern PV systems.

The four boost phases are divided into two electrically isolated groups. Each group comprises two boost circuits with a common power ground and separate boost outputs. The 40A SiC diodes are characterized by low losses with a forward voltage drop of <0.5V and a low Rds(on).
Robust Package With High Insulation Strength
The module is compatible with the widely used Easy-3B package standard and offers a creepage distance of at least 10mm. This meets high requirements for electrical insulation and makes it suitable for demanding high-voltage applications in the PV sector.
