TOREX XC6138 Voltage Detector With 76V Sense Pin
Advanced Voltage Monitoring for Industrial Applications
The XC6138 from TOREX is developed for monitoring 12V and 24V systems commonly used in industrial equipment applications. It is also suitable for monitoring the voltage in battery packs containing multiple cells in series. The detector can be used up to an ambient temperature of 125°C.

It also has an extra VSEN pin that works up to a voltage of 76V and can withstand Surge Voltages to 90V for ≤400ms.The The voltage level for detection and release can have different levels, which makes various combinations possible. Due to the high level of the two voltages, it is possible to work without resistors. This leads to a higher accuracy of the system.
If a special delay time is required, this can be set using an external capacitor. It is also possible to select the ratio of the detect and release time, too. The XC6138 is available in an industry standard SOT-25 housing or an ultra-small DFN1515-6A housing with a size of just 1.5x1.5x0.38mm.
