LDO Regulators by TOREX
XC6241 - "Green Operation" LDO Regulators
The XC6241 low noise, high speed, LDO regulators incorporate TOREX proprietary ‘Green Operation’ (GO).
This means a special Power Safe Mode which reduces the power consumption down to 0,6µA. Maximum input voltage is specified with 6V and output current with 150mA.

Several package options are available for this part. It is available in an ultra-small USPQ housing just 1x1mm, or in a classic SSOT-24.

- Dropout Voltage: 130mV@ 100mA (HS Mode)
- Operating Voltage Range: 1.6V ~ 6.0V
- Output Voltage Setting Range 1.2V ~ 5.0V (50mV increments)
- Fast Ripple Rejection 60dB @ 1kHz
