XC6705/06 20V 200mA LDO With Latest Green Operation (GO) Technology
Power-Efficient and Fast
The LDOs from TOREX offer both - a low quiescent current (1.2μA) and a good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), making them power-efficient and also fast. Until now, this has been a contradiction. TOREX names the latest Green Operation technology "Seamless GO", as this technology works independent of the output current.
DOWNLOAD DATASHEETTraditionally, linear regulators are referred to either as "low power" LDOs, which consume low levels of quiescent current during operation, or as "high speed" LDOs, which respond very quickly to changes in load current (fast load transient response). High-speed LDOs typically also have a higher PSRR performance compared to low-power LDOs.
