Tiny Integrated Dual Step-Down IC With Integrated Inductors
The MPM38111 from MPS is a small and highly integrated monolithic step-down switch-mode dc dc converter with built-in power MOSFETs and inductors.
The MPM38111 achieves 2x1A of continuous output current over an input voltage range of 2.7V to 6V with excellent load and line regulation. Working at 1MHz and 180°phase shift operation it achieves 93% peak efficiency and a low Iq of 45µA.

Based in a small 4x4mm QFN housing, needing only seven external components for two output channels, this module allows an easy design in applications where space matters. To make first tests even easier, we offer an evaluation board, pre-set to 1.8V and 1.2V output voltage.
