The MPM3620 from MPS is a highly efficient monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in power MOSFETs and an inductor. The MPM3620 achieves 2A of continuous output current over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V with excellent load and line regulation. Working at 2MHz it provides fast load transient response.
Based in a small 3x5mm QFN housing, needing only five external components, this module allows an easy design in applications where space matters. To make first tests even easier, we offer a free evaluation board, pre-set to 3.3V output voltage.
