New LM and LT Series

The LM series is a 105°C 3.000hrs product that is used in the industrial and automotive sectors, especially for electric vehicle charging stations and on-board chargers.

The LT series with 5,000 hours lifetime at 105°C also covers a spectrum widely used in Europe. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring higher ripple current and longer life, such as inverters for solar energy or large motors.

Both series are AEC-Q200 certified.
If you need a longer lifetime, CODICO can offer the LX series (105°C 7,000 hrs) and the LB series (105°C 10,000 hrs). The LP series (105°C 3,000 hrs.) can reach a higher ripple current. And for extreme high voltage up to 800V we recommend the LU series. You can find more about the LU series here.
