TOREX XCL104/05 Boost DC/DC With Integrated Coil
New Boost Micro DC/DC with Integrated Coil
The new Boost Micro DC/DC from TOREX is based on XC9147/48 series DC/DC ICs and can support higher output currents in comparison to the existing Boost Micro DC/DCs ICs. Both products have the coil integrated.

The operating voltage range is specified from 0,65-6,0V and the output voltage can be selected between 1,8V and 5,5V. The maximum output current is specified at 710mA under the conditions VOUT=5,0V and VIN=3,3V.
There are two versions with different control method available:
- XCL104: with PWM only
- XCL105: with automatic switching between PWM and PFM
The XCL104 and XCL105 are now in mass production and samples and evaluation boards are available upon request.
