DA14585 Smart-BLE Module From OSB
New Smart-BLE 5.0 Mesh Module
In the past most of available BLE modules were only pure BLE radios or BLE modules for which the user still had to write the basic functions himself. But most of the users didn’t want to use an additional controller for their applications, but would like to use the µC from the BLE-module.
OSB took up this challenge and developed the OSB DA14585 module. The design had to be as small as possible but still manageable to allow an optimal and comfortable integration into the hardware. It also should be delivered with a firmware that makes the module "plug and play".

The radio module OSB DA14585 was developed in accordance with the Bluetooth 5.0 LE specification and is based on the system-on-chip module DA14585 from Dialog. This module comes with the BLE stack and other integrated software so that it can be used "plug & play". The module is configured by the customer e.g. via an APP, which is provided free of charge.

- Range up to 200 meters (in free field)
- 16MHz 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 Controller and 1MB Flash (for customer applications)
