Efficient Energy Transfer
Originally designed for connecting metal core printed circuit boards in on-board charging systems, DC-DC converters and traction inverters, NEXTRON's high-current connectors facilitate efficient energy transfer in compact spaces.
Depending on the contact diameter, the available products support rated currents ranging from 10A to 200A and offer solutions in DIP, SMT, and press-fit technology. The contact length can be variably designed and tailored to the specific application. The design is enhanced by the use of crown spring technology, which ensures multiple contact points, stable connections, and shock resistance.
Even though NEXTRON's high-current connectors were originally engineered to connect MCPCB in OBC system, DC-DC converters and traction inverters, they can be used for any other industrial application, too.
