Soft-PGS from PANASONIC is a pyrolytic graphite sheet especially tailored to be used as a thermal interface with IGBT-modules. Due to the high compressibility Soft-PGS is an excellent method to dramatically reduce the thermal resistance between a heat sink and an IGBT.

This 200µm thick foil is easy to install and able to significantly reduce installation costs compared to thermal grease or phase change material.
