The 0156 and 0159 series offer a double-deck structure specifically designed to accommodate a variety of solid and stranded conductors in a limited space. With the ability to connect up to 44 poles, these series meet the design requirements for miniaturisation of devices while ensuring a safe and efficient power supply.
Thanks to the modern push-in design, solid conductors can be connected directly and without tools. This not only reduces the size of the housing, but also saves up to 60 % of the wiring time.
Structural Upgrades for Increased Stability
The lightweight structure enables smooth connection and extraction forces and ensures reliability and robustness. The 0156 and 0159 PCB headers are made of high-temperature resistant LCP material that can withstand reflow soldering temperatures of up to 260°C for 10 seconds. Integrated coding ensures that each socket only fits into the corresponding plug, which eliminates errors during wiring work in the field. Optional locking options include screw flanges, latching hooks and levers.
