Ultra Small 18V/1A Boost Converter From TOREX

The XC9143/44 is a new 18V 1A 3MHz synchronous step-up DC/DC converter from TOREX ideal for use in a variety of applications where there is a requirement to step-up from either a battery or DC inputs such as 5V and 12V to power displays, motors, actuators, or various analogue circuits.

Only a minimum of external components and a small 2.2uH inductor is required.

The XC9143/44 converter is available in an ultra-small USP-6C (1.8x2.0mm) package.
